Job Description

• Responsible for overall operations of assigned retail outlets including sales achievement, staff management, visual display & merchandising, customer service and other related matters.
• Lead and motivate a team of promoters towards achieving sales target. 
• Supervise and monitor performance of promoters.
• Work closely with merchandising and logistics team and provide insights and inputs for more feasible inventory forecast. 
• Work together with Marketing Team in ad-hoc sales activities like road shows and promotion booths. 

Job Requirements

1. At least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in any field.
2. At least 3 years of working experience in Retail.
3. Experience in the Cosmetic and Skincare industry will be an added advantage.
4. Must possess own transport and willing to travel outstation and possibly overseas
