Job Description
We're a young and dynamic FnB company, looking for an experienced designer to join our marketing team. Besides designing, you will be tasked to handle several marketing campaigns and projects, social media content, and will have a strong say in our branding direction.
Job Requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a design-related field
- Highly creative and able to design with a marketing-centric mindset
- Photography and/or Videography skills are an advantage.
- Passionate about the food industry and up to date with latest trends
- Strong communication skills and able to clearly articulate thoughts
- Positive team player with a can-do attitude
Responsibilities
- Design strong and persuasive visuals in a quick and effective manner across several mediums
- Creatively influence target audience both online and offline
- Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter etc.)
- Ideation, planning and execution of marketing campaigns
- Track and monitor results and effectiveness of designs
- Work closely with Marketing team and designers to create a data-driven marketing campaign
- Research internet trends to determine effective ways to communicate ideas with customers
