Job Description
We are a young and dynamic F&B company with 5 restaurants across KL, looking for an experienced accounts executive to join our finance team. You will be working primarily on bookkeeping of accounting records as well as financial matters of the group. You will be directly reporting to the co-founders of the business.

- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-4 years of full set accounts experience.
- Able to communicate effectively and a team player
- Analytical, resourceful, organised and able to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining full sets of accounts, handling closing of Monthly Outlet/Management Accounts and Annual Financial Accounts.
- To prepare full set of accounts including Accounts Payable, Receivables and General Ledger.
- To prepare monthly closing and accounts reconciliation.
- To handle weekly supplier payments and monthly payroll.
- To ensure basic compliance of accounting standards, company policies and statutory requirements.
