Job Description

• Responsible for collaborating with the business analyst to develop business requirements and translating requirements into a technical solution
• Configure (create) robots on the automation platform in accordance with design documentation
• Prepare technical documentation, coordinate SIT and UAT with users and deploy packages to test or production environment
• Assist with troubleshooting issues and managing change requests
• Fix bugs during SIT and UAT
• Assist in user training, installation, live implementation support and maintenance
• Develop and maintain advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards and other BI solutions
• Configure and maintain SQL database servers and processes

Job Requirements

• Minimum Degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent
• Knowledge of some programming language (Java, .NET, C++)
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills
• Excellent team collaboration and teaming skills​
• Independent, disciplined and a team player
• Experience with RPA solutions would be an added advantage
• Experience with Data Visualization solutions an added advantage
