Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities
  • Analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, reengineer process to improve automation potential and recommend RPA approach 
  • Prepare detailed as-is and to-be Process Description – PDD (Process Description Document) 
  • Develop and manage high level project plans for implementation projects, managing full cycle RPA implementations 
  • Deliver high-quality work products within expected timeframes and on budget 
  • Provide continuous updates to RPA stakeholders during project delivery 
  • Manage and lead a high performing team focused on RPA projects delivery 
  • Perform estimation and scoping of projects 
  • Display digital technology savviness by willingness to explore and recommend application of new technology as per client business requirements, testing where relevant 
  • Implement new technology in client's environment, where relevant

Job Requirements

What we would like from you:
  1. Experience in Finance Shared services, audit or commercial finance is preferred 
  2. Professional qualification in Accounting 
  3. Keen interest in finance and accounting technology landscape with a healthy dose of learning appetite to be IT savvy 
  4. Good command of English, both verbal and written 
  5. Strong desire to develop yourself, work fast, think fast and deliver, on time in full 
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
  7. A strong and effective communicator with executive, middle management, SMEs and business stakeholders 
  8. Flexibility in delivering projects of different scale and magnitude 
  9. A forward thinker and self-motivator that thrives on new challenges and adapts quickly to learning new knowledge 
  10. Ability to manage team and different stakeholders in successful completion of the projects
