Job Description
AGOS Asis Sdn Bhd (AGOS) is looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager (BDM) to help us to expand our clientele. As the front of the company, the BDM will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
The BDM shall aim to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationship with clients.
The BDM shall perform the following roles:
- Develop a growth and sales strategy that satisfy AGOS financial goals and customer satisfaction;
- Conduct research to identify opportunities and market with prospective clients;
- Reach out to the prospective clients and promote AGOS products and services;
- Prepare proposal, quotation, sales contracts and responses to RFP/RFQ;
- Present and demonstrate AGOS products and services;
- Keep track of sales, gross profits, contracts and invoices;
- Provide after-sale service and trustworthy feedback; and
- Build long term relationship with clients.
Job Requirements
What are we looking for:
- A self-starter and success driven individual
- 3+ years software, service or consulting sales experience in Enterprise market
- Proven track record of sales success consistently hitting or overachieving target
- Experienced in dealing, negotiating and closing at CXO / Senior Stakeholder level
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- Prior sales experience in the area of Robotic Process Automation (RPA)/ Artificial Intelligence/ Business Intelligence would be an added advantage
