Job Description

Areas of responsibilities include: 
  • Responsible for taking ownership of the full set accounting process
  • Responsible for the vendor invoice capturing in the system with agreed timelines in Service Level Agreement; ensures accuracy and timeliness
  • Responsible for sales billing issuance in the system with agreed timelines in Service Level Agreement; ensures accuracy and timeliness
  • Process improvement on its own process including front end business process. 
  • Follow up on any conflict resolution on the disputing invoice posting and payment
  • Ensure compliances to departmental key controls
  • Internal & External Audits
  • Any other ad hoc task / project assigned or required

Key Activities: 
  1. Process 3rd party invoice posting, sales billing & payment into system accurately & within SLA
  2. Process internal party expense / petty cash posting into system accurately & within SLA
  3. Ensure all the required invoice’s supporting received completely.
  4. Ensure invoice posted with correct SST tax code
  5. Handling the external / internal stakeholder’s payment enquiry 
  6. Perform daily payment processing
  7. Perform system reconciliation & upload
  8. Perform monthly top 10 vendor reconciliations and follow up till the unreconciled items has been cleared
  9. Liaise with stakeholders for the invoice verification if any
  10. Perform invoices filing

Job Requirements

  1. At the minimum, Diploma holder in Finance & Accounting
  2. Preference will be given to those who have professional accountancy qualification or are currently pursuing the qualification
  3. Good Communication and writing skills
  4. Exhibiting strong Influencing and persuasiveness skill
  5. Strong desire to develop yourself
  6. Passion in developing others, especially in building future Malaysian Finance talent
  7. Work fast, think fast and deliver, on time in full
  8. Audit/Commercial Finance/Finance Shared Services/Record to Record experience will be an added advantage
