Job Description
· Responsible for timely preparation of monthly management accounts, cash flow management, payroll and accounts payable.
· Perform analytical reviews on financial statements on monthly basis
· Proper maintenance of fixed assets register
· Updating of inventory records
· Manage and monitor sales collection
· Assist in liaising with external parties i.e Bankers, Auditors, Tax Agents, Lawyers and Local Authorities on related matters
· Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as may be assigned from time to time
Job Requirements
· Degree in Accounting/Finance or part qualification from a recognized accounting body
· Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
· Able to handle full set of accounts independently
· Mature with strong interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills with a positive mind set
· Possess effective team working skills, influencing and negotiation skills
· Able to work independently with minimal supervision and committed to meeting deadlines
· Required languages: Mandarin, English and Bahasa Melayu
· Able to work 5 ½ days
