Job Description

• Be the project manager to coordinate and monitor the AGM/EGM process with different stakeholders, such as public listed companies PIC, corporate communications, company secretary, share registrar, AV team members, technical team, scrutineer and more.
• To work on different tasks according to the timeline at different stages of the AGM/EGM (pre-event, during-event, post-event)
• Collect feedback with the customers and work with technical team to enhance the products

• Prepare pre sales proposal
• Product demo with potential customers
• Follow up with clients on the pre sales status

• Preparation of functional and technical specifications
• Project monitoring to ensure project quality
• Working as a team as well as working independently to resolve the assigned projects
• Diagnosing issues professionally and provide solutions to ensure successful project delivery

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and written skills with the ability to translate business requirements from end users to technical requirements
• Strong team player
• Able to work under stress to meet deadline
• Responsive and have self-initiative to ensure project quality
• Fresh grad with good communication skill from IT background is encouraged to apply
