Job Description

1. Researching potential vendors, comparing & evaluating offers from suppliers. 
2. Negotiating contract supply terms & pricing. 
3. Reviewing quality, offer prices, market research along with analytical skills to ensure you are identifying the most profitable offers. 
4. Maintain good relationship with suppliers ensures high Quality with on-time delivery. 
5. Entering PO, update report & stocks balance, control inventory turnover target by the Company.  
6. Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage. 
7. Work with costing & sales team to maximize Company’s profit & achieve Goal. 

Job Requirements

• Diploma in business Administrators / accounting /related field. 
• Min 2 years work experience as a Purchasing officer, or similar role. 
• Good knowledge of vendor sourcing skills, liaising with vendors. 
• Hands-on, diligent & passionate. 
• Good analytical skills & negotiation skills.
