Job Description

• Able to maintain receipts, records, and withdrawal of the stockroom, receive, unload and shelve supplies, perform other stock related duties, including returning, packing and labelling, supplies.
• Inspect incoming stock and deliveries for damage or discrepancies, report those to MD for reimbursement/claims  and record keeping, maintain stock and coordinate the segregation of stock based on age and type for optimising the stock management.
• Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control, coordinate the handling of freight, the movement of equipment and necessary minor repairs.
• Operate the warehouse equipment including jib crane,fork-lift truck and other tools and tackles in a diligent manner for an efficient warehouse operation.
• Maintain and generate records of engineering changes to the stock as and when required and report to MD for authorisation of such changes.
• Maintain the house-keeping of the warehouse to ensure the best practices are always followed with respect to cleanliness, equipment maintenance, stock
• preservation and safety.
• Participate in weekly/monthly stock review  meeting.
• 5 day's week work, salary RM3200.00 to RM3800.00 neg with good fringe benefits. 

Job Requirements

1. Able to operate fully  and maintain warehouse functions
2. Able to operate the warehouse equipment including jin crane and forlift truck and other tools. 
3. Inventory control and warehouse and equipment maintenance, cleanliness and safety.
