About The Job

An establish Insurance company is hiring Telesales Specialist (digital savvy)  directly under them. Would you like to be part of this great organization?

  • Sell insurance products by interacting with customers using webchat and outbound calls. (Leads will be provided.) 
  • Responsible for building the business and deepening customer relationships through the execution of an effective online selling process.
  • Respond quickly and accurately to customer inquiries via live web chat and outbound calls.
  • Meet and achieve KPIs on a daily and monthly basis based on total live chats handle, average handling time, abandoned rate and total sale achieved.
  • Adhere to Quality Assurance (QA) guidelines to comply with the company standards on chats quality.
  • Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by the supervisor to meet operational and/or other requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Degree / Diploma holders.
  • 2 - years working experience in Outbound Telesales (80% calls 20% digitally).
  • Fluent in English as clientele is English background.
  • Digital savvy and familiar with web culture is a must.
