Job Description

• Member of shift team operating various types of machines.
• Perform inspection and machine operation: machine set up, adjustment, cleaning, monitoring, handling materials according to standard operating procedures.
• Responsible for the packaging material quality, efficiency, safety and wastes.
• Maintain good housekeeping (5S) within the process operation.
• Basic maintaining of machine & accessories through basic Autonomous Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance & proper operations.
• Support other shifts/teams as required.
• Participate in improvement teams / initiatives. 

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Engineering.
• Prior experience in production / manufacturing / operational (automation / machining).
• Experience in Improvement Project / Teams are advantageous.
• Good analytical, communication and presentation skills.
• Must be self-motivated and team player.
• Able to commit working on 8-hr rotational shift including weekends and public holidays
  o 1st Shift: 7.00 AM – 3.00 PM
  o 2nd Shift: 3.00 PM – 11.00 PM
  o 3rd Shift : 11.00 PM – 7.00 AM
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): production, manufacturing, operational, automation and machining.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
• 15 Full-Time position(s) available.
