Job Description

• Conduct machine troubleshooting, root cause analysis and effective countermeasure
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs as defined by the maintenance engineers with minimal guidance
• Update documentation (work orders, spare parts, etc) as specified by the maintenance department procedure
• Make specific changes independently to equipment when clear instruction is given by the maintenance engineer
• Work closely and maintain good working relationship with peers and production staff to achieve the required output from the machines
• Provide guidance and assistance to Autonomous Maintenance in cleaning, inspection and lubrication
• Any other suitably assigned duties 

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering
• Prior experience in electrical maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment and machines
• Siemens automation & drives knowledge preferred
• Hands on experience and troubleshooting in PLC, SCADA, AC/DC Motors Control and Drivers are essential
• Able to read electrical and electronics schematic diagrams
• Proactive and driven to learn and take on challenges
• Team Player, meticulous and responsible
• Computer literate in MS Office
• Able to commit working on 8-hr rotational shift including weekends and public holidays
  o 1st Shift: 7.00 AM – 3.00 PM
  o 2nd Shift: 3.00 PM – 11.00 PM
  o 3rd Shift : 11.00 PM – 7.00 AM
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Engineering - Electrical or equivalent.
