About The Job

  • Prepare and cook assisgned dishes for serving according to the menu
  • Keep kitchen area, processing equipment, and cooking utenils clean and sanitized all time
  • Process all food according to company's and government/client regulatory control
  • Ensure safe operations of all equipments, and report any faulty equipment to superior immeditately
  • Comply with hygiene and safety regulations(HSE) set by the Company, clients and government
  • Perform any other related dutues as assigned by immediate superior
  • Follow up on changes in new recipes or work methods pertaining to menus, daily specials and promotional activities

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a High School Certificate/Professional Certificate/Diploma or above
  • Experience in Western or Asia cuisines
  • Able to learn and adapt swiftly
  • Able to work individually and as well as efficiently in a team
  • Able to communicate with internal and external customers
  • Able to present a positive and professional attitude at all time
