Job Description

• Management of hosting environment, including database administration and scaling an application to support load changes.
• Liaise with developers, designers, and system administrators to identify new features
• Data migration, transformation, and scripting.
• Understanding accessibility and security compliance.
• Setting up development and production servers.
• User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments.
• Understanding differences between multiple delivery platforms such as mobile, web and optimizing output to match the specific platform.
• Designing and creating database schemas that represent and support business requirements and processes.
• Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests.
• Troubleshoot, debug and resolve technical and functional issues reported by the client.
• Evaluate and adopt new technologies for the company or team efficiency improvement.

Job Requirements

• BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
• 2+ years of demonstrable back end software development and deployment experience in mobile or web application systems. 
• Proficient knowledge of a back-end programming language such as ASP.NET MVC, C#, Entity Framework, SSRS, jQuery, CSS & bootstrap and window services.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Bitbucket, GitHub and others.
• Solid Cloud experience, preferably in AWS 
• Experience with virtualization and containerization (e.g., VMware, Virtual Box)
• Solid knowledge on MS Windows Server and MS SQL Server
• Working knowledge of CMS framework
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to work with aggressive timelines and targets.
