• Performing activities relating to Search Engine Marketing  (SEM) on a continuous basis.
• Conduct keyword research and develop a plan as the SEM strategist
• Discuss and liaise with the content team on topic selection for content creating
• Analyze keyword performance to contribute to digital performance
• Constantly developing ideas, solutions and proposal to enhance company brand presence in digital media
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our digital solutions according to company objectives
• Monitoring the performance of campaigns and other marketing efforts, evaluating them and taking proper measures to improve the performance. 
• Eager to explore multiple digital marketing channels

Job Requirements

• Strong command of the English language is a must 
• Highly resourceful and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Loves working with a passionate team but also able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Skills in the creatives is a major plus as well (graphic design, video editing etc)
• Passionate about startups and the e-commerce industry
• Creative mindset
• Consistency in performance
• Love doing research and possess the hunger for knowledge and growth
• Willing to work in a start-up environment which includes the ability to serve as a 'generalist' team member, being ready and able to jump into different departments and functions as required
