Job Description

• Supervise, monitor and inspect architectural works progress at site
• To assist the overall project implementation and site construction
• Review accuracy of drawings, charts and forms in compliance with project requirements, local authorities' requirements
• Obtain and assemble data to complete architectural designs and visit projects sites to compile measurements as and when required
• Assist the project team in carrying out inspections, attending meetings, liaising with COW, Client, Authorities and other administrative matters
• To monitor trade contractor's works on site - work sequence, method of construction and quality control
• Liaise with trade contractors project managers, trade contractor supervisors to ensure successful completion of projects
• Able to prepare and handle site co-ordination with sub-contractors for any new workers, logistics and daily site reports
• To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by Project Manager and the Management
• Able to monitor the usage of machinery, tools, material and manpower
• To carry out calculation of quantity based on construction drawings
• Assist in the preparation of proper record of site dairy, site measurement, site progress record and project claims
• Recognize and solve potential problems on site with consultants, project team, trade contractors and clerk of work

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess or currently pursing a Professional Certificate/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil), Architecture or equivalent
• Preferred Skill(s) : MS Office, Auto CAD, MS Project
