Customer Support Specialist 

Admiral Markets investment firm – operating under the Admiral Markets trademark – is a leading online  trading service provider, offering investment services for trading with Forex and CFDs on indices, metals,  energies, stocks, bonds and cryptocurrencies

We are currently looking for a Customer Support Specialist with excellent knowledge of English  language and good command of at least one of the below languages:  Indonesian, Malaysian, Vietnamese, Thai

Responsibilities: 

∙ Dealing directly with clients via phone, email and live chat 

∙ Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries correctly 

∙ Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner and recommending solutions to problems ∙ Recording and updating of all communication with clients 
∙ Identifying customer needs and helping customers to use specific features 

∙ Assisting new and existing clients. 

∙ Monitoring customer complaints and reaching out to provide assistance to customers ∙ Updating customers about new products and features 
∙ Following up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved. 

∙ Communication with other departments for unresolved issues. 

∙ Gathering of customer feedback  

Requirements: 

∙ University/College degree 

∙ Fluency in English and at least one additional language from above list (both written and oral)
∙ Excellent communication and cooperation skills.                 

∙ Decisiveness and strong sense of responsibility. 

∙ Excellent problem-solving skills. 

∙ Honesty, accuracy, reliability. 

∙ Ability to work independently. 

∙ Good stress tolerance and self-management skills. 

∙ Team player. 

∙ Patience when handling different clients. 

∙ Previous experience as a Customer Support Specialist considered an advantage What we offer:

Job Requirements

1. Has to speak English or at least one of these five languages, which is Malay, Hindi, Vietnamese, Thai or Indonesian
2. Has an economic/financial/trading background
3. Lives in Malaysia. already living in Kuala Lumpur is an added advantage
4. Fresh Graduates or experienced candidates are welcomed
