Job Description

  • Manage day to day support and inquiries from channel partners including interfacing with internal teams like Customer Success and Marketing to ensure partner requests are met in timely manner
  • Support Channel Partner Managers with their accounts and help implement their strategies to ensure the success of partners
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing channel partners
  • Participate in internal projects to enhance and refine business processesIdentify additional opportunities with partners for growth
  • Analyse partner trends to help support the development of partner and/or industry specific growth strategies
  • Pulling together and clarifying KPIs and costs, improving internal reporting, and helping to build dashboards
  • Be the voice of the partners within Adaptavist


Job Requirements

  • Experience working in the SaaS space in a relationship-oriented role Has the self-discipline and time management skills to work autonomously
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with internal and external stakeholdersĀ 
  • Ability to prioritize multiple competing requests and initiativesExcellent organisational, prioritisation, and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, listening, and presentation skills
  • Ability to solve business problems and work with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Focuses on solutions instead of dwelling on challenges or problems
  • Embraces failure as a learning opportunityComfortable with the ambiguity of a fast-growing business
  • Only open to Malaysian and those who able to work in Malaysia without sponsor
