Job Description

  • To develop Standard Operating Procedures and compliance between departments in the operations and service areas.
  • To oversee Company’s operations budget, audit, reporting and planning.
  • To ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitored according to the laws and regulations set.
  • To prepare case statistics and compile clients feedback with a corrective prevention action (CAPA).  
  • To manage and ensure a timely response to complaints for both clinical and non-clinical incident management. This includes setting up plans to eliminate and minimize any risk of recurrence by creating systems for continuous quality and service improvement.
  • To maintain a good working relationship with existing clients and to identify new opportunities.
  • To monitor and manage staff performance and attendance adequately which includes (but not limited to) work performance, staff tardiness, overtime hours, sick and annual leave. This will be presented to the management team. 
  • To assist the management team in cultivating a positive culture that encourages high morale and performance amongst the team members.
  • To assist the Human Resource Department with recruitment when necessary.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing/Paramedic/Medical Assistant. 
  2. Possess at least 5 years of operation management experience, preferably in marketing and business.
  3. Intermediate level of understanding on ambulance vehicles.
  4. Experience in management, operations, and leadership.
  5. General understanding of financial management.
  6. Strong planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  7. Proficient in MS Office and Excel.
