Job Description

• Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy
• Lead the company digital marketing plan
• Oversee and manage all the company’s social media accounts including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and WeChat accounts. 
• Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices
• Oversee the company’s website 
• Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics
• Build an inbound marketing plan
• Monitor competitors and provide suggestions for improvement
• Measure digital ROIs and KPIs
• Understanding the full product range, serve as a product specialist
• Assist the marketing department as a team 
• Assist to develop new ideas with the department for brand awareness 

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Digital Marketing , Mass Communication, Digital Advertising  or equivalent .
• Minimum 3 years and above of working experience in Social Media Marketing & familiar with Social Media advertising.
• Fluent in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia. 
• Initiative, creative, analytical and results-oriented.
• Have interest or basic photography is an added advantage.
• A team player with excellent communication skills.
• Highly adaptable, patient, organized, disciplined and able to follow-up on tasks, good in time management and able to work under pressure in fast-paced retail environment.
