Job Description
- To provide technical support to customer business primarily on network and security related areas.
- To support network product/solution including switches, routers, and etc.
- To support security product/solution including firewall, VPN, Web/Email, security, DLP, Endpoint Security, backup/disaster recovery, and etc.
- To provide Network and Security related deployment and implementation projects.
- Responsible for the installation, maintenance, and support.
- Provide on-going post sales technical support, analysis and diagnosis of technical issues, prove of concept as well as onsite maintenances support.
- Preparing of reporting and documentation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, network and security, or equivalent.
- Good level of communication, team work.
- Possesses a drive to succeed, highly motivated, self-driven and able to work independently.
- Willing to travel.
- Possession on at least CCNA or any related certification will be an advantage.
- Technical knowledge on Infoblox will be an advantage.
- Must have good technical skill and knowledge on Firewall (Palo Alto/Fortigate) , IPS, Security Product.
