Job Description

• Understand marketing objective, conduct research and propose content strategy to drive traffic and generate leads for both B2B and B2C clients.
• Produce copywriting in the tones and words appropriate for clients’ corporate image, and effective for the marketing objective.
• Understand how ad copies affects digital ads result, how ad copies appeal to different types of audiences and strategically A/B test to optimize ad result.
• Work with Business Development Manager and Creative/ Design team to come up with error-free and highly influential copy that works effectively with the visual.
• Plan, execute, monitor and meet delivery deadlines for multiple projects assigned.
• Proofread and write for different channels: including but not limited to website, company profile, ads, blogs, e-newsletters, landing pages, social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp Business), press release and telemarketing scripts.

Job Requirements

• Curious, Creative, Detailed, Passionate for Advertising.
• Proven capabilities to write influential and engaging copy for social media or blog – which results in successful ad performance. (kindly submit portfolio)
• 2 to 5 years of writing experience in a full-time job, preferably in marketing agency or equivalent.
• Able to adapt writing styles to appeal to different target personas.
• Able to grasp ideas and learn a new topic quickly via self-research.
• Understand marketing objectives and how content marketing works in stages to acquire leads and potential customers.
• Must have good command of written and spoken English, plus the ability to translate from one more language, either Bahasa Malaysia or Chinese.
• Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, Multimedia. However, experience and talent supersede education background.
• Flexible to take on other marketing duties when copywriting tasks are completed.
• Only Malaysian citizen will be considered.
