Job Description

Responsibilities :
- Key person in planning and execution for online marketing activities covering e-commerce platform and digital marekting initiatives (google adworks, google display network, email marketing, SEM etc).
- To liaise with key stakeholders (internal and external) to align on campaign KPIs based on stated business goals and establish self as the go-to-person for all matters relating to the delivery of campaigns planned and executed.
- Regularly monitors and optimizes all actively running campaigns with remit, to ensure healthy pacing toward aligned KPIs within or allocated budgets and timeframes.
- Work closely with creative team to develop effective creative assets for digital and e-commerce campaigns.
- Compile and reviews campaign performance reports, to derive new learnings and define best practices.
- Makes performance data, summarize learnings and best practices regularly available to all relevant stakeholders for easy comprehension and decision-making.
- Maintain organization's website and e-commerce platform.

Job Requirements

Requirements :
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Marketing or related discipline.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- With knowledge and practical experience on Digital Marketing, Email Marketing, e-Commerce.
- Basicl HTML coding ability and understanding of WordPress, Facebook Ads Manager and other content management system (CMS) platforms.
- Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task projects and deliverables.
- Proven experience working under pressure to deliver high quality output in a short span of time.
