Entrepreneurial MenTorGs are Leaders who show the right HaBiTS (Habits, Behaviours and Thinking Systems) and Pedagogy to engage with students (7 - 17yrs old) in a supportive and purposeful environment (The Powerpreneur Program)
These are the 3 primary roles of an Entrepreneurial MenTorG:
- Nurture children to engage with us
- Train specific entrepreneurial behaviours and skills
- Guide children to maximise potentials
Job Requirements
These are the 4 primary professional requirements of an Entrepreneurial MenTorG:
- Experience in engaging with children in behavioural training and development
- Has worked with children in setting up projects / turning ideas into startups
- Able to work Independently to develop Entrepreneurial Curriculum
- Execute Entrepreneurial Curriculum independently
