Job Description

  • Manage projects and all phases of project implementation
  • Lead the project team in delivery of key milestones and deliverables
  • Prepare, plan, schedule, monitor and control, and reports on activities related to the projects
  • To ensure project is delivered within scope, time, quality and cost
  • Communicate project issues to relevant stakeholder and resolve them in a timely manner
  • Identify project risk and execute action plans to mitigate
  • Conduct and prepare URS & UAT documentation for sign off

Job Requirements

  1. Preferable to have 2- 3 years experience in the field of software deployment, IP Telephony, and Call Center environment
  2. Strong client facing experience
  3. Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
  4. Excellent communications in English (written and oral), and interpersonal skills
  5. Candidates with Voice and Data network background will have an added advantage
