Job Description

• Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
• Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverable and estimate costs.
• Manage all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
• Coordinate and instruct direct construction workers and subcontractors.
• Inventory tracking for tools, materials and equipment.
• Meet contractual conditions of performance.
• Review the work progress on daily basis.
• Compile internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
• Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.
• Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licences.
• Analyse, manage and mitigate risks.
• Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.

Job Requirements

1. Qualified Degree holder in Civil & Structure Engineering with minimum 8 years working experience Infra-structure, Building Works, Road & Drainage works- Proven working experience in construction management.
2. Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods.
3. Thorough knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards.
4. Familiarity of the construction process.
5. Understanding with construction management software packages.
6. Ability to plan and see the 'big picture'.
7. Competent in conflict and crisis management.
8. Strong leadership and human resources management skills.
9. Good time and project management skills.
10. Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or related field.
11. Preferably good knowledge of supplier and sub contractor management, price and cost analysis 
12. Efficient management on leading team to fulfill project requirement 
13. Strong English communication in both written and oral 
14. Good computer skill in MS Office, Project, Outlook, Auto-cad & other applications 
15. Posses own transport and accommodation
