Job Description
- We are looking for Highly Motivated Sales Manager to join our fast-growing team.
Responsibilities : - Monitor sales team's activity and performance
- Support sales team on overall sales process & commission claims
- Provide coaching on sales technique and product knowledge
- Conduct meetings and training with the team
- Expand agency's base by identifying potential prospects and collaborative partnerships
- Constantly build agency's brand awareness and recruitment
Job Requirements

- Basic Salary RM3,000 to RM8,000 (based on experience)
- 110% High Commission Payout
- 22% Overriding Commission

Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in any field.
- Experience in banking, unit trust, mortgage, direct sales / marketing will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skill.
- Attractive personality traits.
- Strong leadership and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Positive mindset with high determination.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Must have own transport.
- Hardworking and competitive.
- Existing sales team/agents/down-line of 5 person or more
