• Provide support on development and implementation of client campaigns and new business proposals
• Develop, build and maintain a media and influencer contact base, and keeping close in contact them
• Reach out and engage with journalists, bloggers, influencers on regular basis, via phone calls, email, messenger services, face to face 
• Build the reputation of the brands and clients the agency represents – maintaining high level of engagement among the consumers, followers  
• Monitoring media, influencers, blogs, on trends, trending stories, content which clients could leverage on 
• Working on developing the content, press release, speech etc for the clients 
• Working with clients, keeping them up to date on the progress 
• Suggest, modify strategies from time to time, with approval from clients 
• Executing, supervising, overseeing the clients’ agreed projects 
• Prepare reports on monthly, quarterly and annually basis on projects carried out 
• Manage the business budget and report 

Job Requirements

• For associate position, we are ok with 1 year, or no experience 
• We will consider you for senior associate, if you have 3 years working experience in a public relations agency 
• Degree in Public Relations, Mass Communications or Journalism
• Or degree in any field with an interest to work in PR industry  
• Multi-lingual with above average proficiency - English, Bahasa Malaysia, Cantonese 广东话, Mandarin 华语／普通话, Tamil, Iban, Kadazan etc
• Experience in client servicing, partners collaboration and liaison
• Managing, working on retainer accounts with excellent client servicing capabilities
• Functioning as a team form conceptualising, to implementing and monitoring the PR campaigns
• Developing and presenting winning proposals to clients
• Confident communicator and presenter, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time management and ability to track progress of PR projects, punctuality counts 
• Ability to deliver results
• MS Office, Social Media apps, a must!
