Job Description

  • You will be delivering excellent customer service, managing the needs and feedback of our customers through telephony, smart devices and e-mail. 
  • You will be accountable for collecting monthly meter readings from customers, issuing quotations and invoices. 
  • Reliable and ability to perform office-based administrative duties whenever required. 
  • Bank runner and assist in collecting outstanding payments and accounts. 
  • Filing in business documents. 
 
  • Must always demonstrate high degree of integrity in maintaining confidentiality of customers’ information. 
  • Self-reporting is required and able to deliver the best customer experience. 
  • Ability to communicate well with Team Members, Team Leaders and (or) Manager. 
  • Able to work independently and under pressure. 
  • Willing to work overtime, if required, to complete any given tasks on hand. 
 
  • Immediate entry is preferred. 
  • Working hours: Monday - Saturday 
   * Monday - Friday (9:00am - 6:00pm) / Saturday (9:00am - 1:00pm)

Job Requirements

  1. Fluent in English and Malay. Fluency in other languages is an advantage. 
  2. Knowledge in accounting is an added advantage.
  3. Training will be provided. 
  4. Must at least complete SPM, tertiary education or equivalency. 
  5. Fresh grads are welcome to apply. 
  6. Required to have own transportation arrangement (with valid license).
