  • Ensure critical issues are escalated to appropriate teams & management.
  • Must be able to answer phones from users professionally and respond to user inquiries and complaints
  • Must be able to handle installation, configuration & upgrading of company's software
  • Must be able to provide remote support and troubleshooting on user’s laptop/desktop issues, MS Office applications & other company's applications.
  • Should possess excellent communication skills, including verbal with proper grammar.
  • Able to react effectively and calmly in emergencies.Able to maintain customer confidentiality.
