Job Description

  • Korean speaking is a must.
  • Provide L1 Support for all customers.
  • Ensure that all communication & steps performed are logged into the Ticketing system promptly & completely
  • Timely updates to users on the progress of the ticket
  • Ensure critical issues are escalated to appropriate teams & management
  • Must be able to troubleshoot user queries via calls, emails & multiple channels
  • Must be able to answer phones from users professionally and respond to user inquiries and complaints.
  • Must be able to handle installation, configuration & upgrading FedEx software
  • Must be able to provide remote support and troubleshooting on user’s laptop/desktop issues, MS Office applications & other FedEx applications.
  • Should possess excellent communication skills, including verbal with proper grammar.
  • Able to react effectively and calmly in emergencies.
  • Able to maintain customer confidentiality.
  • Flexibility to work in any shift

Job Requirements

1+ Years of experience in Service Desk/Help-desk/Technical support and Korean Speaking is a must.
