ABB is a pioneering technology leader that works closely with utility, industry, transport and infrastructure customers in roughly 100 countries. We are seeking a Technical and Design Promotion Specialist to join our team in Malaysia who will be responsible to support the local sales customers.
- Offer technical advice and provide comment on enquiry specifications for customers/channels/sales engineers with regard to ABB products/systems/applications
- Provide technical support during the technical meeting, product presentations and negotiations
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, demonstrate for both internal staff and customers on complex product issues
- Exhibit good knowledge of industry, customers and projects in allocated market
- Have strong technical knowledge of electrical engineering in areas of power distribution and transmission
- Offer product/solution/service related training
- Propose technical solutions for complex enquiries, prepare and check technical articles for publication

Job Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrification
- Technical knowledge of power distribution and transmission
- Broad understanding of sales
- Strong customer focus
