Job Description

You will be responsible for sourcing and procurement of direct materials and services required for production/assembly of AIS medium/low voltage switchgears and motor control centers.
- Source direct materials and services required for production/assembly of AIS MV and LV switchgears and MCC.
- Support sales/bidding team in sourcing of project specific materials according to customer’s requirement.
- Initiate cost reduction/improvement programs with strategic vendors.
- Initiate localization projects for parts required for local switch gears assembly, in collaboration with engineering, production and quality departments.
- Conduct supplier performance evaluations for selected strategic vendors.
- Perform supplier qualification process in collaboration with quality department.
- Implement standard procurement and logistics tools and processes.
- Run Continuous Improvement Programs for Sourcing (CIPS) project for selected categories.

Job Requirements
- A degree in Engineering/Business Management.
- More than 2 years of experience in sourcing/procurement functions.
- Possess good analytical skills.
- A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
