Job Description

Join ABB and work in a team that is dedicated to creating a future where innovative digital technologies allow greater access to cleaner energy. You will be responsible to provide technical and commercial support within specific timeframe for allocated local sales unit teams.

  • Sales and technical support for allocated sales representatives by using Product Group tools within the targeted timeline. 
  • Responsible for keeping the OTD of support requests at agreed level for the allocated LSU.
  • Create an understanding of the allocated market requirements, key customers and competitors.
  • Learn Product Group tools to an expert level and maintain this knowledge. Ensure your ability to teach others.
  • Create an understanding based on daily contacts with LSU about their skills and knowledge of the Product Group portfolio, processes and tools and use these information to provide adequate training for local sales unit teams. 
  • Report any problems further in the PG organization to develop our tools and processes further.
  • Act as a fair team player globally and follow instructions and guidelines provided by the superior.

Job Requirements

  1. A degree in Engineering.
  2. More than 5 years of experience in international business environment in sales/technical field.
  3. Experienced using Microsoft applications.
