About The Job

Full responsibility for brands' gross margins, developing and executing the account plan, and ensuring account KPI’s and SLA’s are met and continually improved upon. You will also help lead the brands for managing their website operation from day to day execution level up to strategic level. 
  • Managing and supervising brand e-store operations including key visual, pricing competitiveness, assortment, stock availability of all available assortment
  • Managing relationships with brands and e-commerce marketplace who are key players in their respective industries
  • Developing cross-functional strategy to grow brands’ business and ensure smooth operations
  • Negotiating deals with brand and working with campaign team to develop matching initiatives to boost revenues
  • Managing and communicating key brand specific e-store performance indicators and deliver performance based on these indicators. 
  • Developing and delivering regular Business Reviews to brands and e-commerce marketplace
  • Driving performance to reach targets with a focus on conversion
  • Understanding of E-commerce fulfilment process and how to achieve cost effective business solutions while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction 

Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience – buying or account management in retail or specific category is a big plus
  • Strong track record of high-level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management
  • Tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Strong analytical skills, proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to interact with a broad set of businesses and stakeholders and presenting both over the phone and in person
  • Bachelor degree from a leading university
  • Proactive, problem-solving, detail-oriented and getting-things-done attitude
