Job Description
- Provide support for full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, performance review, compensation & benefits and training.
- Dealings with EPF, KWSP, PERKESO, LHDN and HRDF.
- Uniform management.
- Employee handbook & staff etiquette
- Organize trainings for new employees or for new SOPs
- Assist in management of staff & duty roster management.
- Liaison with panel clinics.
- Manage and record employees leave application.
- Handle inputs for monthly payroll calculation for eg - allowances, claims and deductions.
- Update and maintain employees records.
- Organize staff events.
- Perform any ad hoc duties as directed.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years experience in HR field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with Human Resource software
- Able to multi-task, set priorities and work independently.
- Willing to work in Kuala Lumpur
- Those able to start work immediately would have an advantage.
