Job Description

As a Project Coordinator, you’re responsible to coordinate all training programmes and workshops from A to Z. The role requires you to have good time management, planning and a good eye for details. You are the mastermind of excellent customer experience for all our clients.

Your job scope:
  • Coordinate training programmes – your responsibility starts from the moment a client signs a programme until the training reports have been delivered to them
  • Prepare timeline for each programme and ensure all necessary tasks are executed before deadlines
  • Monitor programme progress and handle any issues that arise
  • Plan, manage and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all training/programme requirements are met - Lead Consultant & Trainers, Clients, Vendors, Participants etc
  • Explore, source and inspect/recce training venues so that all venue requirements are met
  • Prepare a Briefing Document with all programme requirements and ensure that clients are aligned
  • Source and ensure all training supplies are sufficient to run each programme
  • Set up and pack down at training venue
  • Tabulate feedback after each programme and compile data to be included in the programme report

Job Requirements

  • You must be able to start immediately
  • You are able to multi-task to manage various programme simultaneously, and work under pressure
  • You have solid organizational skills, including time-management
  • You have great attention to details
  • You have good (written and spoken) English
  • You have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PPT, Excel etc) and other online tools (Google Form, SurveyMonkey, Google Jamboard, Zoom etc)
  • Having your own car is a plus point as well as you might need to drive around
