- Have industry experience in advertising, branding and marketing
- Fast learner, good interpersonal and public speaking skills
- Possess robust Consumer Activation experience i.e traditional media, digital/social media, events, Influencer/KOL management
- Possess advanced marketing and brand management knowledge with the ability to lead projects consisting of cross functional team (project leader)
- Possess up-to-date knowledge on latest trends in marketing and consumer communication
