Job Description

  • You will be managing our store and presence on online e-commerce platforms/marketplaces (such as Amazon, eBay) while working with our team of country managers in charge of our non-English speaking markets (Germany, France, Italy, Spain and Japan).
  • You will also be managing our marketing campaigns which is a mix of paid traffic (Facebook, Instagram etc), e-mail marketing and messenger/chat marketing.
  • There might a small element of customer service and social media management work as part of this role to understand our customers better.

Job Requirements

  1. We don’t expect that you to be someone with all the necessary skills and experience (e-commerce platform management, paid traffic acquisition, email marketing and messenger marketing) for this role (that’s what our in-house training is for!). 
  2. However, we do expect you to adopt a growth mindset in your work and have an unquenchable thirst and commitment to continue developing your skills and knowledge.
  3. You are someone who is highly organised, attentive to detail, work well with people and have exhibited a strong track record of problem-solving & taking initiative. 
  4. You seek challenges because they make you grow and look for better ways of doing things because status quo isn't good enough
  5. You are someone who is passionate about digital marketing and direct to consumer (D2C) brands and businesses and have been fascinated to learn about their growth. 
  6. You are also fluent in English and possess strong writing skills, this is important as we primarily operate in English speaking markets.
  7. You see being involved with direct-to-consumer e-commerce as your long term career.
