Job Description

• Talent acquisition - assist with recruiting and onboarding new employees  
• Talent retention -  develop employee retention strategies, improve internal communications practices and organize team building activities  
• Office administration - keep track of office supplies, office expenses, renovations, health and safety checks and other duties relating to the work environment  
• Accounting assistance - work with our finance team to record and reimburse employee expenses and other basic accounting tasks  
• Executive team assistance - help management team to make travel arrangements and keep track of important meetings  
• Human resource administration - process employee payroll and benefits and leave requests 

Job Requirements

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with tact and diplomacy, using good judgment, discretion, and professionalism
• Proactive attitude, actively seeking new opportunities and propose creative solutions to issues
• Sociable team player that is confident working in a regional startup environment
