Job Description
- Attend to all comments, PMs & DMs on assigned brand social media pages (FB & IG). Expected turnaround time: 24 hours maximum
- Liaise with social media manager on day-to-day info such as general product / service knowledge, monthly campaign, ongoing contests & promos etc.
- Raise outstanding customer service issues / questions & other media / PR related requests via social media channels to client.
- Feed social media & creative team with a weekly community insights report.
- Keep up to date & understand trends to be included in insights report and community management.
- Based remotely. Attend necessary con-call when needed with digital strategist / social media manager / project lead as and when required.
Job Requirements
Our ideal candidate has exceptional written communication skills. You should be a ‘people person’ with great customer service skills and the ability to moderate online conversations with our client's customer on social media platforms.
Ultimately, you should be able to act as the face and voice of our brand and manage all community communications.

- 1-2 years experience in social media community management
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Melayu. Proficiency in Mandarin in a bonus.
