Job Description

• The role will be focused on day-to-day strategic and content planning, supervising the production/execution of content, monitoring fans and crafting responses. 
• You’ll will be leading a digital team together with our Digital Strategist and Creative Director.
• Managing every stage of the creative process from setting goals and developing campaign concepts to managing copy and design
• Creating content calendars and mockups
• Executing strategy and writing post-campaign analysis/reports.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum 3 years experience in marketing, with at least 2 of these years in a social media role
2. Able to develop and implement strong social media marketing plans (strategy, audience targeting, objectives, strategies, measurement and analytics) to create and grow brand presence across social media channels (Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, Twitter and so forth).
3. Experience in giving feedback on digital assets (visual, copy, best delivery formats)
4. Active on social media and knowledgeable about the capabilities/uses of each platform
5. Detail-oriented and thorough - capable of seeing the little details and the big picture
6. Superior time management and structured processes
7. Experienced with social media content management tools (we use HootSuite and Later)
8. Able to monitor and capitalise on social media, design, strategy and meme trends.
9. Able to identify potential negative or crisis situations and apply conflict resolution to mitigate issues
10. Always eager to learn and improve practices
11. Fluent in spoken/written English; Malay is a bonus
12. Able to present and sell content ideas to client decision-makers/points of contact as well as advice on best practices to secure approval for execution.
