Job Description
We have a vacancy for a backend web developer with a minimum of 3 years’ prior working experience! We're looking for someone with an eye for the big picture as well as the little details. Are you the guy/gal/person we’re looking for? If you also meet the requirements below, you might just be! In this position you will:
- Lead the backend development of the projects you're involved in.
- Build websites and web applications for our clients and also for our own product portfolio.
- Collaborate with other team members and get involved in all aspects of web projects including ideation, design, development, deployment, optimization, and maintenance.
- Improve and maintain our existing projects.
Job Requirements
If you’re applying for this position, you should fit the following requirements:
- Solid understanding of the full web stack.
- Expert knowledge of any industry-recognized PHP frameworks (we primarily use Laravel).
- The ability to maintain code using source control ecosystems (we use Git).
- Good understanding of security, testing, monitoring, and supporting web applications.
- The ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
- Plus points: Experience with TDD and familiarity with modern Javascript frameworks.
