Job Description
Do you have a proactive, can-do attitude? Self-discipline to rival an army officer? An eye for the tiniest details along with the big picture? Got 2 or more years of working experience in web development? You might be the answer to all our questions. In this position you will:
- Lead the frontend development of the projects you're involved in.
- Write code to translate designs from our creative team into functional web pages.
- Collaborate with other team members and get involved in all aspects of web projects including ideation, design, development, deployment, optimization, and maintenance.
- Contribute to improving our workflows and our frontend technology choices.
- Improve and maintain the frontend components of our existing projects.
Job Requirements
If you’re applying for this position, you should fit the following requirements:
- Solid command of Javascript, CSS and HTML.
- Experience working with Javascript frameworks such as Vue, React, Angular or Backbone.
- Have a strong understanding of UX, cross-browser compatibility, and general web standards.
- Well-versed in source control (we use Git).
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
- Plus points: Experience with TDD and familiarity with backend frameworks.
