About The Job

As a Digital Advertising Associate, you will be supporting major digital advertising campaign initiatives across 2X. You will be exposed to major digital advertising platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Google) used by the largest B2B organizations as well as be involved in the day to day management and operations in ensuring optimal performance and efficiency. 

Job Requirements

What will you do?

  • Provide ongoing operational support of building and setting up advertising creatives in various platforms. 
  • Daily monitoring of campaign performance based on defined rules. 
  • Support maintenance of the ad database to ensure high-level visibility on campaign status. 
  • Support maintenance of advertising dashboards through regular data extraction and uploads. 
  • Supporting other workflow processes related to requests for data, information, and insights. 
  • Participate in advanced optimization discussions with advertising specialists. 
 What do you need to succeed? 

  • 0 -1-year relevant work experience, or equivalent education 
  • Passion for crafting persuasive ad copy, continuous improvement, and digital marketing as a whole 
  • Strong communication skills, ability to translate analytics into insights and recommendations  
  • Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office Suite; comfort working in Excel 
  • Able to consistently meet deadlines and problem-solve with strong attention to detail 
  • Demonstrated interest in continued skills development, especially around digital marketing, data analytics, and technology tools 
  • Strong interest in researching and learning new skills and digital systems 
  • Prior experience or certifications in digital advertising is a strong advantage
