The brief
As a Data Associate you will be supporting major report generation and data governance initiatives across 2X. You will be exposed to major CRM and Marketing Analytics platforms used by the largest B2B organizations as well as be involved in the storage and logistics of large data sets.

Challenges you’ll tackle:
- Provide ongoing operational support of data import/exports and extraction of key data pieces from various platforms for purpose of unified report generation.
- Building of reports and dashboards across key reporting platforms.
- Supports maintenance of data integrity through regular data hygiene reviews and data cleansing tools.
- Supporting workflow processes related to requests for data, information and insights.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis where required.
Job Requirements
What do you need to succeed?
- 0 - 2 years relevant work experience, or equivalent education.
- Passion for numbers, analytics and a prefers a structured way of getting things done.
- Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office Suite; comfort working in Excel.
- Able to consistently meet deadlines and problem-solve with strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated interest in continued skills development, especially around data analytics and technology tools.
- Strong interest in researching and learning new skills and systems.
- Familiarity with database systems (SQL, Salesforce, etc) is a plus.
