1CLOUDSTAR is a Cloud Consultancy & Service firm based in Singapore with physical presence and coverage across other key Asia Pacific markets such as Vietnam, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, and Indonesia. We have been actively working with all cloud providers and successfully delivering Cloud Advisory, Cloud Migration, Cloud Connectivity and Cloud Managed Services to our private and public sector customers of different size and industries.
You will have the opportunity to learn, observe and drive force behind a tremendous sales acceleration of IT Cloud solutions to SME/MNC in Malaysia. The focal point in all business development and sales initiatives directed at building, consolidating, optimizing and transforming the cloud operations and infrastructure of your customer base.
Your scope cuts across all cloud service models (IaaS-PaaS-SaaS), architectures (Private-Public-Hybrid) and nature of workloads (Enterprise, Business Support Systems and Media) with a keen interest to actively develop his/her organisation’s capabilities. Afraid not, all of the workflow will be trained by your respective mentor.
Job Requirements
This internship will groom your communication skills, researching skills, CRM knowledge, customer management and sales operations.
Responsibilities:
- Report directly to Regional Director, Sales & Business Development.
- Research, identify companies that would be strong prospects for 1Cloudstar
- Work closely with sales team to follow-up on all cold-call & leads within your assigned territory
- Manage client relationship and enquiries from email and incoming calls
- Assist the sales team with the demands of clients, general administration and dealing with key accounts and client
Requirements:
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
- Candidate must possess at least a diploma/degree/master’s in any fields
- Must be able to speak fluent & write in English proficiently. Multilinguals are a bonus.
