Job Description

• Define and evolve artistic direction, vision and high execution standard in the creation of visual communication within the team in direct collaboration with designers, writers, strategists, video editors and performance media.
• Work with the team to conceptualize artistic style for UX, UI and conceptualization for various projects, such as websites, EDM, digital assets materials, print and videos in line with the creative vision and audience expressed for the audiences. 
• Responsible for the creation of digital style guides and related materials for internal and external teams that are aligned with the brief and up to high standards required.
• Working closely with Creative Group Head on the setting of art direction goals to define design quality standards and modification of artwork. 
• Work closely with Account Managers to ensure each project is in accordance to briefings and expectations of internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage and build small teams of designers when necessary.
• Review all art creation 
• Provide quality assurance in all digital creative deliverables.
• Flexible, fast-paced with strong problem solving and persuasion skills.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure and tight deadlines. 
• Need to be up-to-date on the latest design and social media trends and have the ability to analyze these trends to make creative aspects come alive!

Job Requirements

• At least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Art/Design or equivalent
• More than 3 years of experience as an Art Director in a digital/creative/advertising agency or design firm or similar fields
• Well versed in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign in Mac OS environment
• The portfolio features digital creative campaigns, web, ATL, BTL and creative branding work
• Great communication and presentation skills. 
• Able to work on finished artwork (FA) is an added advantage
• Drawing / Illustration skill is an added advantage
• Able to work from high-level briefs
• Digital savvy and well aware of current creative & design trends
• Able to work under minimum supervision
• Ability to guide, influence and motivate others with thought-provoking ideas and recommendations
• Organizational experience and experience managing multiple projects, setting priorities, and meeting deadlines and expectations
